Datasnipper is looking for a Senior Manager to lead product and go-to-market enablement for the Revenue organization. You will own the enablement strategy, translate the product roadmap into role-specific training, and design launch enablement for new features.

What you will do

Lead and develop a team of two Enablement Managers
Own enablement strategy and roadmap for the Revenue organization
Translate product roadmap into role-specific enablement for field teams
Design and deliver launch enablement for new product features
Build and maintain product knowledge infrastructure
Develop and deliver revenue enablement programs across the full revenue team

What you bring

7+ years in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or adjacent role in B2B SaaS
Experience managing or leading a team
Ability to work with Product and PMM to translate roadmap into enablement
Hands-on experience building enablement programs from scratch
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Comfortable operating autonomously and making prioritization calls

Nice to have

Experience in audit, finance, or accounting technology
