Datasnipper is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Excel Agents team in Amsterdam. You will guide a team building AI-powered agents for assurance workflows, focusing on outcomes, growth, and technical direction.

What you will do

Lead engineering team through outcomes and goals
Improve team performance and engineer growth
Drive AI capability expansion in the team
Build AI-powered agents for assurance workflows
Own technical direction and architecture of Excel Agent platform
Guide design and scaling of agentic systems

What you bring

At least 3 years leading engineering teams
Minimum 5 years as software engineer
Track record leading AI-building teams
Experience building AI-powered products or platforms
Empowerment style of management
Strong product aptitude

Nice to have

Experience deploying GenAI applications in production
Experience with agentic systems or orchestration frameworks
Experience with Python and modern backend development
Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud infrastructure
Experience with observability and monitoring tools
Experience in fintech or audit technology
