About the job

Catawiki is looking for an expert in French literature books to join their team. In this role, you will evaluate book lots, create listings, and guide sellers to optimize auction results. This is a remote position based in Amsterdam.

What you will do

Evaluate submitted book lots for auction suitability
Create clear and attractive listings
Assess titles, descriptions, and images for quality
Provide estimated values based on expertise
Guide sellers on pricing and optimisation
Monitor auction results and extract insights

What you bring

Expert knowledge in Books, literary or antiquarian domain
Broad understanding of publications
Experience trading on platforms like Catawiki, eBay, 1stDibs, Yahoo, or at book fairs
Strong analytical skills
Commercial awareness including pricing and sell-through rates
Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of French literature books
