About the job

Creative Fabrica is looking for a Financial Accountant for its Amsterdam office. In this role, you will manage accounts payable, support month-end close, and handle Dutch VAT returns within a hybrid work environment.

What you will do

Process and code invoices, manage finance mailbox, resolve AP issues
Run weekly/monthly payments and reconcile corporate card transactions
Perform bank, credit card, and AP subledger reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries, support month-end and year-end close
Prepare Dutch VAT returns and assist with international tax filings
Support external audits and improve NetSuite processes

What you bring

5+ years in similar accounting role with Dutch GAAP experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite
Solid grasp of Dutch/EU VAT and WKR
Degree or relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Strong attention to detail and structured approach
Proactive mindset and strong communication skills in Dutch and English

Nice to have

Experience in international B2C/SaaS/subscription businesses
Experience in high-volume transactions
Experience in international VAT/GST
Experience in consolidation
