Ebury is looking for a Head of Desk to lead its Introductory Brokers team in Amsterdam. In this role you will drive growth by developing partnerships and coaching a team of professionals. You will work in a hybrid environment with a focus on building long-term relationships.
What you will do
- Lead a Partnerships Team in developing prospects, coaching and mentoring
- Identify, prioritize, and sign up high-value partners like accountants and consultants
- Manage long-term partnership relations and activate introductions
- Work with Senior Sales Team on forecasting sales volume
- Implement regional sales programs and training plans
- Involve in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
What you bring
- Track record in B2B financial services sales or partner management
- Experience with FX, payment, or finance solutions
- First-class communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people
- Skilled negotiator able to build relationships at senior levels
- Fluent in Dutch and English
