About the job

Datasnipper is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build credibility with senior stakeholders and design engagement programs for deploying AI agents. You will work closely with customers to solve accuracy challenges and operate the feedback loop between customer and product teams.

What you will do

Build and earn credibility with senior stakeholders
Design engagement programs to deploy agents
Run office hours and hand off to Customer Success
Build complex agents and solve accuracy challenges
Assess feasibility of candidate agents
Operate feedback loop between customer and product teams

What you bring

Strong technical aptitude and structured thinking
Domain expertise in audit or finance
Technical literacy with data and documents
Ability to work under time pressure with customers
Comfortable using AI tools like Claude
Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

Prior Forward Deployed Engineer or solutions engineering experience
Experience with document processing and spreadsheet workflows
Familiarity with agent design patterns or AI observability
Hands-on experience building with LLMs
