About the job

Dash0 is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative who speaks German. You will focus on qualifying inbound leads and prospecting into enterprise accounts across the DACH and Benelux regions.

What you will do

Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events, campaigns, and product signups
Prospect into enterprise target accounts through multi-channel outbound outreach
Research and map key accounts, identifying decision-makers and needs
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM information
Improve outreach sequences and messaging for technical enterprise buyers

What you bring

1–2 years of sales development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Growth mindset and willingness to learn about technical products
Confidence in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking meetings
Experience with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Reliable task ownership and collaborative mindset

Nice to have

Experience in observability, DevOps, or related tech space
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry ecosystem
Passion for developer ecosystem and open-source community
Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup
Network or familiarity with DACH or Benelux enterprise tech landscape
