About the job

Dash0 is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team in Amsterdam. This role involves managing a wide range of legal matters for a fast-moving, remote-first company. You will handle commercial agreements, compliance, corporate governance, and support strategic projects.

What you will do

Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer and commercial agreements
Advise on compliance in corporate, employment, data privacy, AI, and regulatory areas
Support corporate governance, entity management, and board matters
Assist People & Culture team with policy rollouts and employee queries
Support M&A, financing, and diligence processes
Manage cap table, equity plans, and outside counsel projects

What you bring

4+ years of relevant legal experience in demanding roles
Law degree and active license to practice in an EMEA jurisdiction
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills in B2B SaaS
EU and international data privacy experience
Experience with international companies, ideally US-based tech or SaaS
Low-ego, high-ownership approach and strong communication skills
