ACHMEA B.V. is launching a new venture and seeks a founding CTO to lead the technical side of building a digital product from the ground up. This role is for an entrepreneur who wants to co-create a company, not just write code.
What you will do
- Validate product idea and user needs with research team
- Define product roadmap and MVP strategy
- Build the MVP with in-house developers
- Test and iterate with early users
- Hire and lead tech team as venture grows
- Work alongside commercial co-founder
What you bring
- Clear product idea with early user feedback or prototype
- Experience building and shipping digital products
- Strong technical background in architecture and development
- Desire to build a company, not just write code
- Deep understanding of the problem being solved
- Full commitment, not a side project
