About the job
Everience is looking for a freelance onsite PC technician for first and second level support in Amsterdam. You will provide end-user support for Office applications and handle the initial setup of new computers.
What you will do
- End-user support for Office applications, especially Office 365
- Initial setup and deployment of new computers using internal tool
- Introduction and onboarding of users to company IT tools
- Printer support and troubleshooting
- Support for network topics: firewalls, switches, connectivity
- Escalation point for complex technical issues
What you bring
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experienced in Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Located in Amsterdam
