About the job
EVERIENCE is looking for a freelance onsite PC technician to handle first and second level support in Amsterdam. You will work autonomously on a variety of IT tasks, from deploying new computers to troubleshooting network issues.
What you will do
- Provide Level 1 support for Office applications and Office 365
- Set up and deploy new computers using internal tool
- Introduce and onboard users to company IT tools
- Troubleshoot printers
- Provide Level 2 support for network topics like firewalls, switches, and connectivity
- Handle escalation for complex technical issues
What you bring
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experienced in Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Located in Amsterdam
- Freelance status
