EVERIENCE is looking for a Lead Engineer to drive technical execution in the space and high-tech industry. This role involves leading development projects and translating customer needs into robust technical solutions.

What you will do

Lead technical execution of development projects
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
Support selection and optimization of product solutions
Review mechanical designs and engineering concepts
Provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle
Estimate engineering effort, resources, and costs

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Aerospace Engineering or related field
5-10 years of relevant engineering experience
Experience providing technical leadership or guiding engineering teams
Experience in high-tech manufacturing or product development
Experience reviewing mechanical designs and technical drawings
Experience with CAD software like CATIA

Nice to have

Knowledge of mechanical analysis tools like ANSYS
Experience in aerospace or space industry
Dutch language skills
