What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in dollar-sell transactions
- Understand client FX risk management needs and present netting solutions
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve targets using CRM
- Build relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding and support
What you bring
- Proven B2B sales success, preferably in financial services
- Understanding of FX risk management and netting solutions
- Strong lead generation and business development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Fluency in German and English
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Fluency in other European languages
