Ebury is looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive partnerships in Amsterdam. You will lead a team focused on developing high-value relationships with accountants and consultants. This hybrid role combines team leadership with hands-on partner management.
What you will do
- Lead a Partnerships Team in developing prospects, coaching and mentoring
- Identify, prioritize, and sign up high-value partners like accountants and consultants
- Manage long-term partnership relations and activate introductions
- Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume
- Implement regional sales programs and training plans
- Involve in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
What you bring
- Track record of sales or partner management in B2B financial services
- Experience with FX, payment or finance solutions for strategic partnerships
- First-class communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people
- Skilled negotiator able to build relationships at senior levels
- Fluent in Dutch and English
