AniCura Group is looking for a Governance and Control Manager to lead the development of internal control frameworks and drive finance transformation. This hybrid role in Amsterdam offers the chance to partner with finance and operational teams to strengthen risk management and compliance across a multinational organisation.

What you will do

Lead deployment and improvement of governance and internal control frameworks
Partner with finance and operational teams to strengthen risk management and compliance
Drive finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to identify risks and remediate control gaps
Develop a culture of ownership through training and awareness programmes

What you bring

Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Minimum five years' experience in finance, accounting, internal audit or internal controls
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, financial regulations and accounting standards
Experience with control testing, risk assessments, policy implementation and remediation planning
Strong analytical and documentation skills, including advanced Excel
Experience with ERP systems

Nice to have

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA or CIA
Power BI experience
Monday.com experience
