Join the team at Hotel De L'Europe in Amsterdam as a Guest Service Agent. You will be the welcoming face of a luxury hotel, ensuring every guest has a seamless and memorable stay.

What you will do

Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out
Provide personalized advice on hotel amenities and local attractions
Manage reservations and room assignments
Handle guest questions and complaints professionally
Collaborate with other departments to deliver luxury experience

What you bring

Experience in guest service, preferably in hotel industry
Excellent communication skills and guest-focused attitude
Ability to multitask in busy situations
Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, holidays

Nice to have

Knowledge of reservation systems and Opera PMS
Passion for luxury hospitality
Experience with different cultures and languages
Local knowledge of Amsterdam
