What you will do
- Recruit the next cohort of interns
- Support recruitment of full-time positions
- Assist with university events
- Support onboarding and employee engagement
- Sustain DE&I principles in talent acquisition
- Participate in learning and development initiatives
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master student, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration or Management
- Good English communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration
- EU working rights or studying in the Netherlands
