Riverflex is looking for an Interim Change Manager to lead transformation efforts in Amsterdam. In this role, you will translate strategy into actionable change plans and drive engagement across stakeholders to ensure sustainable adoption.
What you will do
- Translate strategy into actionable change plans
- Drive engagement and buy-in across stakeholders
- Lead stakeholder management for sustainable change adoption
- Support implementation of transformation roadmap in Marketing
- Contribute to wider commercial transformation
What you bring
- 5–8+ years experience as Change Manager
- Proven track record in complex transformations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Available from mid-September or early October
- Available for 7–8 month engagement
