Workwize is looking for an Intern Product Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will rapidly prototype solutions, ship features using AI agents, and collaborate with customers to drive high-impact improvements.

What you will do

Turn problems into working prototypes quickly
Use AI agents to design, build, test, and ship features
Make product decisions on what to build and cut
Set up monitoring and evaluation for shipped features
Work with customers and team to find high-leverage improvements

What you bring

Understand software systems, data flow, and debugging
Have built and shipped products or features
Experience working in a team
Product sense for early career
Use AI and agents as default work method
Move fast and take ownership

Nice to have

Previous role or internship at a SaaS or product company
Side projects built mostly independently
Experience with evals, inference cost, or model failure modes
