About the job

Zoku is looking for an IT Coordinator to serve as the primary IT partner for the business. You will manage the relationship with a Managed Service Provider, own the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and drive the IT roadmap and technology strategy. This role is based in Amsterdam and involves travel across Europe.

What you will do

Act as primary IT partner for the business
Manage relationship with Managed Service Provider
Own Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Define IT standards and policies
Drive IT roadmap and technology strategy
Strengthen IT security posture

What you bring

At least 5 years managing IT operations through external service providers or MSP
Proven experience governing vendor relationships and SLAs
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity
Fluent in English, willing to travel across Europe

Nice to have

Microsoft or ITIL certifications
Growth mindset
Experience in small or growing organization
Experience with hospitality systems like PMS and POS
