About the job

Zoku in Amsterdam is looking for a Meeting & Events Specialist Intern to support their events team. You will handle inquiries, guide clients, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth event execution.

What you will do

Handle meeting and event inquiries and calls
Conduct site visits and guide clients from inquiry to booking
Manage contracts, negotiations, and upselling
Coordinate with Operations Team for event execution
Manage post-event feedback, invoicing, and account relationships

What you bring

Student at a hospitality university needing mandatory internship of at least 6 months
Fluent in English
EU resident or valid work and living permit for the Netherlands
Available from February 2027 for five days a week
