About the job

Zoku is looking for a Reservations Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. This internship offers hands-on experience in hospitality reservations and guest communication.

What you will do

Process incoming reservation requests
Manage overnight and group enquiries
Answer in-house guest questions
Monitor online OTA channels
Respond to guest emails
Handle phone inquiries and booking follow-ups

What you bring

Student in MBO+, HBO, master's, or undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Leisure, or Communication Management
Fluent in written and spoken English
EU resident or valid work permit for Netherlands
Mandatory internship as part of curriculum
Available full-time, minimum 40 hours per week
Available from February 2027, flexible with hours

Nice to have

Other languages
Prior experience in hotels, reservations, front office, sales, or call center
