About the job

Zoku in Amsterdam is looking for a People & Culture/ HR Intern to support the team with onboarding, recruitment, and employee engagement. This internship offers a hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic hospitality environment.

What you will do

Assist with onboarding new employees
Write internal announcements and respond to candidate emails
Help interview candidates and represent Zoku at job fairs
Organize team events and celebrations

What you bring

Proactive mindset and organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Interest in company culture and HR processes
Enthusiastic and friendly with humor
Entrepreneurial spirit
Student in HBO or WO, ideally in HR or Hospitality

Nice to have

Other languages besides English
