The Entourage Group is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their IZAKAYA team in Amsterdam. This role involves preparing dessert ingredients, ensuring fresh mise-en-place, and cooking dishes to recipe and quantity standards. You will also have opportunities to deputize for the pastry sous chef and study for future advancement.

Cook dishes to correct recipe and quantity
Deputize for Pastry sous chef when absent
Communicate anticipated shortages to sous or head chef
Study subjects for future advancement
