About the job

Wetravel is looking for a Knowledge and Help Center Manager to own and scale the Help Center for its Amsterdam office. You will lead content strategy, create product explainer videos, and manage Spanish localization, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams.

What you will do

Own Help Center structure, strategy, and content quality
Script, record, and maintain product explainer videos
Create and maintain FAQ articles for product releases
Partner with Product and Product Marketing for documentation
Run recurring syncs with Sales, Product, and Support teams
Manage Spanish localization of Help Center content

What you bring

4-7+ years in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, Help Center Management, or Product Education in SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or high-growth startup
Fluent in written and spoken English (native or near-native)
Professionally fluent in Spanish
Experience owning and scaling a Help Center with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar
Strong technical writing skills for complex product workflows
Experience building structured, searchable, AI-optimized content

Nice to have

Direct experience with Intercom Help Center and Fin AI
Experience producing educational video content
Experience optimizing knowledge bases for AI-powered support tools
Background in payments, travel tech, or marketplace platforms
Understanding of SEO and AEO principles
Experience measuring ticket deflection and self-serve performance
