As Lead AEM Developer at DEPT®, you architect and oversee end-to-end Adobe Experience Manager solutions in complex enterprise environments. You stay ahead of the Adobe Experience Cloud roadmap and guide clients toward growth while coaching your team to foster continuous learning.

What you will do

Architect and oversee end-to-end AEM solutions in complex enterprise environments
Stay updated on Adobe Experience Cloud roadmap and propose decisions for client growth
Monitor technical landscape to identify risks with third-party integrations and legacy systems
Coach and upskill team members to foster continuous learning
Contribute to core development tasks while ensuring best practices in AEM solution design

What you bring

Deep project knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, preferably AEMaaCS
Proficiency in Java, JCR, HTL, OSGi configurations, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular for headless CMS
Practical experience with APIs such as RESTful and GraphQL, and middleware solutions
Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
Ability to consult clients and teams on implementation approaches
Professional English at C1 level

Nice to have

Adobe certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert or Adobe Certified Master
Experience with Adobe Commerce and marketing automation platforms
