About the job

Bynder is looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. You will support the onboarding of new hires and help maintain the company's learning systems.

What you will do

Organize monthly onboarding bootcamp in EMEA
Administer Learning Management System
Maintain and develop online lessons in LMS
Improve onboarding initiatives based on feedback
Organize ad-hoc L&D initiatives
Support People and Talent tasks and Well-Being initiatives

What you bring

Fluent in English
Enrolled in a Dutch university for internship duration
Based in The Netherlands
Live in or near Amsterdam or willing to relocate
Available for at least 6 months starting September or October 2026
Flexible with office presence in Amsterdam and sometimes Rotterdam
