Mollie is looking for a Machine Learning Platform Engineer I to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will work closely with ML scientists and domain teams to deploy and scale machine learning models in production. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of Mollie's cloud-based ML platform on GCP, ensuring reliable and efficient model serving.
What you will do
- Collaborate with ML Platform Engineers, ML Scientists, and domain teams to deliver scalable ML solutions
- Deploy and operationalize ML models to production with ML Scientists
- Enhance and maintain cloud-based ML Platform on GCP, writing production-grade Python and Terraform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model training and inference
- Deploy, manage, and scale model serving endpoints on Kubernetes
- Champion MLOps best practices and set up observability, monitoring, and alerting
What you bring
- 1+ year of experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production
- Good understanding of MLOps principles
- Strong hands-on Python programming skills with common ML and data libraries
- Familiarity with a major cloud platform, preferably GCP
- Experience with containerization (Docker)
- Strong context-switching ability with sharp attention to detail
Nice to have
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Kubeflow
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
