About the job

Sia is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to lead internal AI product development and work on client projects as a subject expert. You will make architectural decisions for cloud environments and guide Data Scientists in scaling models into production.

What you will do

Lead internal team developing AI products
Work on client projects as subject expert
Make architectural and design decisions for cloud environments
Build production-level ML/AI solutions
Guide Data Scientists to scale models into production
Give trainings and lead internal meetings

What you bring

MSc in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, AI, or related field
2-4 years experience building production ML/Deep Learning pipelines
Good understanding of ML fundamentals and strong domain knowledge
Expert coding in Python and at least one of Scala, C++, Java
Hands-on with database management languages
Hands-on with cloud infrastructures

Nice to have

Experience with coaching or mentoring engineers
Prior experience in Management Consulting
Willingness to travel for client work
