Managing Director Cybersecurity

Sia is seeking a Managing Director to lead its Cybersecurity practice in Amsterdam. This role focuses on driving sales and delivery engagements while building and guiding a team of consultants.

What you will do

• Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing and new clients
• Lead commercial proposals with a team of Senior Managers and Managers
• Attain sales and delivery targets
• Lead business delivery and team management at clients
• Provide industry guidance and implement best practices
• Build and lead a team of consultants on missions and commercial endeavors

What you bring

• Completed Master's Degree
• At least 8 years experience within a consultancy company
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development, or organizational transformation
• Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

• German knowledge
