What you will do
- Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth
- Build and drive sales strategy for the region with Sales Operations
- Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members
- Develop territories and quotas for the sales team
- Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline
What you bring
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes
- Track record of new business sales success at C level
- Success in recruiting, coaching, and managing a sales team
- Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills
- Ownership of accurate CRM reports and forecasts
- Fluent in Dutch and English
