About the job

As Client & Delivery Lead at WeAreKeen B.V., you'll take charge of both commercial growth and talent delivery in a dynamic Amsterdam-based environment. You'll own client relationships, build your own sales pipeline, and drive revenue while collaborating closely with Talent Partners. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a passion for talent acquisition and a track record of closing deals.

What you will do

  • Manage workforce planning and utilization of Talent Partners
  • Build and run own sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing
  • Own existing key accounts and maintain close client relationships
  • Translate client TA needs into tailored proposals
  • Co-own commercial performance, including revenue, margin, and utilization targets

What you bring

  • At least 6+ years of commercial experience in staffing, RPO, or related B2B services, with full-cycle ownership from pitch to close
  • Proven track record of closing deals across various sizes
  • Comfort and credibility with enterprise clients, scale-ups, founders, people leaders, and TA practitioners
  • Genuine curiosity about TA functions and discipline to turn insights into business cases
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to build trust fast, and positive energy
  • Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus
