Clera is looking for a Pricing Architect to lead pricing engagements from discovery through implementation and optimization. This role focuses on designing pricing strategies and improving AI-driven pricing tools.
What you will do
- Lead pricing engagements from discovery to implementation and optimization
- Conduct customer workshops and align stakeholders
- Design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, and discount structures
- Optimize pricing post-launch and measure impact
- Provide feedback to improve AI pricing tools
- Partner with product and engineering on platform improvements
What you bring
- At least 5 years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS
- Expertise in segmentation, packaging, pricing metrics, and discounting
- Experience leading multiple pricing engagements independently
- Hands-on use of GenAI or LLM tools in pricing work
- Strong data analysis skills with spreadsheets and SQL

- Experience coaching or mentoring others
