About the job

Lucid Motors is looking for a Retail & Used Car De-Fleet Manager to lead the valuation, pricing, and resale strategy for trade-in and de-fleet vehicles across Europe. Based in Amsterdam, you will develop and manage European used vehicle sales channels and design a standardized EU de-fleet process.

What you will do

  • Lead valuation, pricing, and resale strategy for trade-in and de-fleet vehicles
  • Develop and manage European used vehicle sales channels
  • Design and oversee standardized EU de-fleet process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Retail Operations, Fleet, and Finance
  • Define, track, and report KPIs on turnaround times, refurbishment efficiency, inventory aging, channel performance, and profitability
  • Support implementation and management of Certified Pre-Owned program

What you bring

  • Minimum 8 years proven success in vehicle de-fleet, remarketing, used vehicle operations, or related automotive role
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end de-fleet and remarketing operations including valuation, refurbishment planning, and inventory management
  • Strong understanding of residual value management and commercial drivers in wholesale and auction channels
  • Proven experience defining, managing, and reporting on operational and financial KPIs in de-fleet/remarketing environment
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience in Automotive Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline
  • Salesforce experience
  • Additional European languages
