Body Repair Operations Manager

Lucid Motors is looking for a Body Repair Operations Manager to lead the European collision repair strategy from Amsterdam. You will build and manage a third-party body shop network while ensuring top performance and compliance. This role is central to delivering an exceptional ownership experience for premium electric vehicle customers.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the European collision repair strategy
- Build and manage a third-party body shop network
- Monitor network performance using KPIs
- Collaborate with Parts & Supply Chain teams
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and Authorized Body Shop standards
- Tailor program software and manage tooling rollout
What you bring
- 5–7 years of automotive experience with collision repair or vehicle painting expertise
- Strong collaboration skills with individuals, teams, vendors, and partners
- Experience with premium or electric vehicle brands
- Proven track record in building and managing partner networks
- Prior experience in matrix organizations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, valid driver's license, fluency in English
