About the job
Fastned is looking for a Risk Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will define and maintain the risk management framework and lead fraud detection efforts. You will advise senior stakeholders and help increase risk awareness across the business.
What you will do
- Define and maintain risk management framework
- Lead fraud detection and investigation
- Develop risk indicators and dashboards
- Advise senior stakeholders on risk
- Increase risk awareness across business
- Guide risk champions and implement reporting
What you bring
- 5+ years in risk management or internal control
- Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks
- Experience building risk practices
- Experience with fraud risk and typologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
Nice to have
- Experience in listed company or scale-up
- Dutch language
- Experience with data models, BI/AI tools, SQL
- Professional risk management certification
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
