Join the prestigious Hotel De L'Europe in Amsterdam as a Sales Manager. You will drive revenue growth and strengthen the hotel's market position by developing a portfolio of leisure, corporate, and MICE accounts. This role offers the chance to represent a luxury five-star hotel in both local and international markets.

What you will do

Develop and grow a portfolio of leisure, corporate, and MICE accounts
Identify new business opportunities
Represent the hotel in local and international markets
Build relationships with travel advisors, consortia, corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders
Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Guest Services, Events, and F&B teams
Drive revenue growth and strengthen market position

What you bring

3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury or five-star environment
Proven success in account management, business development, and revenue generation
Experience in luxury leisure, corporate, or MICE segments
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Dutch and additional languages
