Hotel De L'Europe B.V. in Amsterdam is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Events to lead the service team on the floor. You ensure flawless execution of banquets, meetings, private dinners, and large-scale events. This role is perfect for a natural host with a passion for creating memorable guest moments.

What you will do

Supervise and coordinate service team on the floor
Ensure flawless execution of banquets, meetings, private dinners, and large-scale events
Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and Events office for seamless timing
Manage Banquet Event Orders and anticipate needs
Monitor stock levels, event supplies, and equipment
Uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards

What you bring

At least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience in luxury or high-end hospitality
Proven supervisory or senior service role experience
Natural host with passion for guest moments
Strong knowledge of service, beverages, and refined details
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Highly organized, calm under pressure, proactive, and detail-oriented

Nice to have

Experience in a luxury or international hotel
Experience with international guests and VIP events
Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and luxury standards
Creative flair to surprise and delight guests
