Zero Motorcycles Inc. is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will support colleagues with commercial and system queries while coordinating sales order fulfilment and maintaining CRM visibility.

What you will do

Support colleagues with commercial and system questions
Coordinate sales order fulfilment and documentation
Maintain sales pipeline visibility in CRM
Conduct proactive sales outreach to dealers and distributors
Support sales and marketing campaigns
Maintain reports and dashboards on sales activity

What you bring

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Professional proficiency in English and German
Sales and business development mindset
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and in an international team

Nice to have

Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
Passion for motorcycles, mobility, or electric vehicles
