About the job

EVERIENCE is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams in Agile practices. You will also collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve team delivery and support the Agile transformation.

• Improve team collaboration and delivery
• Support Agile transformation

What you bring

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Higher education or equivalent experience
• Excellent Dutch and English
• Strong Scrum and Agile knowledge
• Experience with software development teams
• Facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe, Kanban or other Agile frameworks
• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe)
