Airwallex is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for their Spend/ERP team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding high-value implementations and translating customer needs into scalable solutions.

What you will do

Act as technical advisor for high-value implementations
Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures
Work with sales on technical discovery and integration blueprints
Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide configuration decisions
Serve as subject matter expert on integration ecosystem
Create internal documentation and tooling

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or project management
4+ years client-facing delivery experience in fast-paced environment
Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience delivering ERP or accounting system implementations

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with API-based integrations
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
