About the job

Backbase is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive digital banking transformation in South East Europe. You will join the LATAM sales team and take ownership of your own sales quota, focusing on net-new enterprise opportunities.

What you will do

Carry own sales quota within LATAM sales team
Deliver digital banking transformation opportunities with net-new customers
Set objectives and plan to achieve targets
Identify and qualify new enterprise software sales opportunities
Manage and close large software agreements over $1M ARR
Forecast and manage net-new opportunities from identification to close

What you bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8-10+ years in a quota carrying role
Track record of exceeding quota
5+ years experience in digital banking
Ability to reverse engineer business objectives
Fluent in Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, or other South East Europe language
