Backbase is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will act as a strategic partner for the Services department and manage the full recruitment cycle for your assigned portfolio.
What you will do
- Act as strategic partner for the Services department
- Manage full recruitment cycle for assigned portfolio
- Source proactively and build passive pipelines
- Provide market insights and data-led advice
- Conduct structured assessments and ensure quality of hire
- Lead and develop two recruiters
What you bring
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services
- Track record of stakeholder partnership
- Comfortable holding the line on quality
- Experience using or implementing AI tools in recruiting
- Data-literate with pipeline metrics and market benchmarks
- Based in Amsterdam
