Catawiki is looking for a Senior Category Lead, Modern Art to join their Amsterdam team. In this hybrid role, you will turn category priorities into actionable plans and coach team members to take ownership. You'll also monitor results and support the Senior Category Manager in executing the category vision.
What you will do
- Turn category priorities into practical plans with clear owners and milestones
- Clarify workflows, spot bottlenecks, and help resolve blockers
- Set goals and coach team members to take responsibility
- Hold regular 1:1s and give timely feedback
- Monitor category results and coordinate actions with teams
- Support the Senior Category Manager in executing the category vision
What you bring
- Track record of operational leadership in a category, sales, or commercial team
- Experience in team leadership and coaching
- Ability to set clear expectations and follow through on commitments
- Skill in coordinating cross-functional work and managing timelines
- Analytical judgment using data and market insight
- Clear, constructive communication skills
