What you will do

  • Support office management team in daily issues to ensure employees and visitors feel welcome and safe
  • Order office supplies and manage stock inventory
  • Prepare regional and international shipments with courier services
  • Check invoices for accuracy and accounting
  • Update internal office management manual
  • Help maintain office cleanliness and organization, including stock management and replenishment

What you bring

  • Available to start immediately
  • Enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands for entire internship duration, pursuing degree in HR, office management, hospitality, tourism or related field
  • Motivated to gain experience in office management functions
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 15 kg frequently
  • Ability to be physically active for extended periods
  • Excellent social communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Google software such as Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail
  • Willingness to help and support others and a growth mindset
  • Hands-on mentality, not reluctant to do simple tasks
  • Fluent in English, Dutch proficiency is a plus
