About the job

You will support territory strategy and planning for CPQ and CRM capabilities at ServiceNow. You lead customer discovery on quoting and workflow challenges and provide strategic input for account planning.

What you will do

  • Support territory strategy and planning for CPQ and CRM capabilities
  • Lead customer discovery on quoting and workflow challenges
  • Provide strategic input for account planning and use case identification
  • Align recommendations with value principles and quantify business impact
  • Partner with solution consulting teams on roadmap and product fit
  • Coach account teams on CPQ and CRM opportunity triggers and messaging

What you bring

  • 8+ years of sales experience in complex software or platform solutions
  • Deep experience in specialist sales within CRM, CPQ, or related fields
  • Understanding of CRM, CX, CSM, or CPQ business processes
  • Technical fluency to present, demo, and lead discovery with executives
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Ability to produce new business and maintain C-level relationships

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • Fluency in Dutch
