ServiceNow is looking for a Director of Solution Consulting to lead the CRM Solutions team across EMEA North. Based in Amsterdam, you will own CRM targets, drive a shift to value-centric selling, and develop first-line managers and individual contributors.

- Forecast technical win rates and deal readiness
- Maintain detailed view of team opportunities

- Lead and develop first-line managers and individual contributors
- Drive shift to proof-of-value-centric selling
What you bring
- 6+ years in Solution Consulting or pre-sales leadership
- Experience managing first-line leaders and individual contributors
- Record of delivering revenue-tied targets in SaaS
- Experience leading distributed teams across Nordics, Benelux, Sweden
- Working understanding of CRM market and AI automation
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field
