Optics11 is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead B2B growth and demand generation strategies in the underwater security sector. Based in Amsterdam, this role offers significant ownership in shaping the company's marketing approach.
What you will do
- Own and execute B2B growth, demand generation and ABM strategy
- Build targeted campaigns for priority accounts and products
- Lead campaigns from concept to scaling
- Develop integrated campaigns across content, LinkedIn, email, webinars, website and events
- Own content marketing and translate technical topics into compelling content
- Optimize customer journey from first interaction to qualified opportunity
What you bring
- Strong hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation
- Experience with complex multi-stakeholder B2B buying cycles
- Proven experience with ABM and sales collaboration
- Strong experience owning end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot including campaigns, lead scoring, workflows, nurture, reporting and attribution
- Experience across content marketing, LinkedIn, website conversion, SEO and email marketing
Nice to have
- Experience marketing complex technical products or solutions
- Experience in underwater security, maritime, defense, critical infrastructure, offshore energy or adjacent industries
- Experience working with government, naval, security, procurement or other complex stakeholder environments
