About the job

Optics11 is an innovative high-tech organization seeking a High Voltage Field Application Engineer to support sales teams and execute customer site visits. You will play a key role in delivering technical training, preparing reports, and providing field feedback to improve products.

What you will do

Support sales teams in customer meetings and technical discussions
Plan and execute customer site visits, installations, and commissioning
Prepare technical reports from field measurements
Deliver customer training on system operation and data analysis
Contribute to technical documentation and case studies
Provide feedback from field experience to improve products

What you bring

Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
3–6+ years experience in electrical systems or diagnostics
Strong problem-solving skills in field environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer-oriented mindset and professional attitude
Willingness to travel internationally about 30% of the time

Nice to have

Understanding of Partial Discharge theory and measurement
Experience with high-voltage equipment or substations
Practical experience with PD testing and data interpretation
Experience with fibre optic sensing or condition monitoring
