AniCura Group is looking for a Senior Health & Safety, Risk & Security Manager to lead strategic development across Central Europe. In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will shape compliance frameworks and drive safety culture with senior leaders and operational teams.

What you will do

Lead development and implementation of health, safety, fire, risk, and security strategies
Shape compliance framework and HSRS strategy
Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to influence safety culture
Deliver projects including implementation of ISO 45001 aligned management systems

What you bring

8+ years multi-site health and safety experience
Native-level Dutch and fluent business English
Ability to travel 20% across Central Europe
NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent
Tech IOSH membership
Stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills

Nice to have

Additional NEBOSH Fire, CDM, or equivalent qualification
